The COVID-19 pandemic is leading to an unusual level of disputes between commercial partners. It is also putting serious strain on court resources. Many contracting parties are turning to alternative methods of dispute resolution, with arbitration being a good choice for many.
Changes to the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) rules will come into effect on 1 October 2020. These offer improvements and streamlining likely to enhance the experience for users of this system.
